2019年压电器件技术实验室暑期讲习班顺利举行

2019年度的宁波大学压电器件技术实验室暑期讲习班圆满结束。今年的讲习班于715-17日在宁波大学机械工程与力学学院举行,参加的人员除了压电实验室的研究生和部分老师外,也包括有密切合作关系的企业和院校的研究生。一如既往,讲习班内容和主题面向研究生和声波器件设计人员,主要讲解并讨论了压电声波谐振器基础理论和设计原则。

秉承压电器件技术实验室的研究和人才培养传统,讲习班的负责人王骥教授为大家讲解了弹性波、压电材料、Mindlin板理论、板振动分析、板振动问题的有限元分析等基础性的知识,以及这部分内容在石英晶体(BAW)和表面波(SAW)等声波谐振器设计中的应用。参加的人员除了实验室研究生外,还包括来自南航等兄弟院校的师生,以及来自声波谐振器合作企业的器件设计工程师。今年的讲习班继续邀请了几位校外的专家学者来做学术报告,包括汕头大学的王泉教授在讲习班上向大家介绍了其在结构健康监测技术方面的研究,中国科学院声学研究所的张晗副研究员介绍了在涡旋声场中的波动问题方面的最新研究,来自宁波柯力传感其技术有限公司的胡文辉工程师向大家介绍了该公司在力传感器产品开发方面的最新技术以及研发中的关键需求。按照惯例,多位实验室研究生同学汇报了自己正在开展的研究工作,探讨了当前工作中的一些关键问题。同学们的许多报告结合声波谐振器设计展开,提供了完整的理论、方法、流程和计算机程序代码,有助于推广实验室的一部分研究工作。来自企业的技术人员也向王骥教授及其他老师请教了一些工作中碰到的技术问题。

宁波大学压电器件技术实验室的暑期讲习班的每年定期举行,对增进高校同行及校企同行之间的交流,建立密切的合作关系,也在促进国内波声器件理论的产品设计技术的发展和应用方面起到了积极的作用。

 

The Summer Tutorials of the Piezoelectric Device Technology Laboratory of Ningbo University were successfully concluded in July 15-17, 2019. The topics in the Tutorials included the fundamental theory and design techniques and methods of piezoelectric acoustic wave resonators.

Professor Ji Wang first introduced the basic theory of Wave Propagation, Piezoelectric Materials, Mindlin Plate Theory, Vibration Analysis of Plates, FEM of Plate Vibrations. Afterwards, he showed the applications on the design of resonators with some examples from actual design process. Besides the graduate students from the Laboratory, the participants included the graduate students from other universities like the NUAA, as well as the engineers from industry with close collaboration with the Laboratory like TXC and others. In the tutorials, some prominent scholars presented including Professor Quan Wang of Shantou University, who introduced his recent work on structural health monitoring technology with the utilization of piezoelectric structures. Dr. Han Zhang of Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences introduced the wave propagation and fields in acoustic vortex problem and applications. In addition, Mr. Wenhui Hu of Keli Sensing Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. introduced the sensor technology and the technical demands from the company. In the end, most graduate students presented their recent research, and engineers from the industry asked some technical questions and held discussions in the sessions.? Since these topics are closely related to the acoustic wave technology, it will help the further advance of acoustic wave industry and research in China through a close collaboration.

The successful continuation of the summer tutorials at the Piezoelectric Device Laboratory, Ningbo University yearly plays a positive role in promoting the exchange between the Laboratory and industry, enhancing close cooperative relations, and improving the research on theoretical foundation and design method in the field of piezoelectric acoustic wave devices in China.
