压电器件实验室团队参与宁波市科技创新2025”重大专项

王骥教授负责的压电实验室团队参与的面向5G时代智能化工业物联网的声波传感器模块开发与制造项目获得宁波市科技创新2025”重大专项资助。该项目的牵头负责企业为与压电实验室有着10多年合作研究基础的台晶(宁波)电子有限公司,其他的合作单位为中科院国家纳米中心和宁波中国科学院信息技术应用研究院。

宁波大学压电实验室在压电声波器件领域研究实力雄厚,王骥教授是国内压电器件技术领域的权威专家,在压电器件理论研究方面成果显著。压电实验室在本项目中主要负责声波谐振器开发中的关键理论研究,将为本项目在压电谐振器理论分析与设计技术提供可靠的理论指导。压电实验室在与台晶公司的长期合作中形成了成熟的产学研合作模式,给本项目的实施奠定了基础。

在谈到这一重大专项时,王骥教授说:压电器件技术实验室在声波谐振器的设计理论和方法研究方面一直在和企业密切合作,赢得了合作伙伴的信赖和支持。这次我们整合和器件设计、配套技术、智能制造和应用推广方面的龙头企业,将在新型传感器和应用方面实现高度创新,开辟宁波创造的新领域。压电器件技术实验室的技术将得到推广和检验,在新产品开发方面做出积极贡献。

参与这一重要项目是压电实验室长期从事压电声波器件理论研究的成果之一,也为团队中的青年教师提供了从事以产学研为模式的科学研究的平台,培养专业技术人才,推动技术创新和智能制造。

 

Piezoelectric Device Laboratory (PDL) has been selected to participate the "Ddevelopment and Manufacturing of Acoustic Wave Sensor Modules for Intelligent Internet of Things in 5G Era" project under the support by the Science and Technology Innovation 2025 program. The leading company of the project is TXC (Ningbo) Electronics Co., Ltd., which has been collaborating with PDL for more than 10 years. Other partners are the National Nanoscience and Technology Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Information Technology Application Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Ningbo.

PDL of Ningbo University has a strong research program on piezoelectric acoustic devices. Professor Ji Wang has been actively engaging in the industry with renowned expertise in the modeling and analysis of piezoelectric acoustic wave resonators. Piezoelectric Device Laboratory has been working on the key theoretical research in the development of acoustic resonator in this project, which will provide reliable design guidance for the innovative acoustic sensors for IoT applications.

Commenting on the grant in collaboration with TXC and other partners, Professor Ji Wang said: “We have been collaborating with major companies in acoustic wave resonator industry in past decades with successful outcomes.  We have won support and trust from our partners in the long history of collaboration.  In this project, we have a perfect combination of strengths in design, manufacturing, circuits, and applications in China.  Our technology in design and product development will be checked and tested in the process, and we shall contribute to success of the project from active participation and contribution”.

The participation of this project is one of the latest achievements of PDL through long history of research in the theoretical modeling and analysis of piezoelectric acoustic resonators, and also provides a platform for the team to engage in full-fledged research and development of acoustic wave resonators.
