在宁波大榭招商国际码头有限公司进行现场测试

 

202044日,按预定计划,王骥教授带领实验室团队成员,到宁波大榭招商国际码头有限公司进行吊车装卸瞬间振动和冲击现场测试。舜宇智能光学技术有限公司为本次测试提供了最新的光纤式激光多普勒测振仪设备,由舜宇智能光学刘爽和张徐生两位工程师携带至码头现场,协助进行这次现场测试工作。大榭招商国际码头有限公司技术部执行主任刘达带领大家进入安排好的龙门吊车测试现场。在测试期间,宁波大榭招商国际码头有限公司赵强董事长视察了测试现场。本次测试主要针对吊车上激光测距传感器和吊车机电设备箱进行。搭建好测试设备和选定测定点后,码头技术人员对吊车实际运行时的主要工况进行多次重复,以便于测量获得指定点在吊车装载时的位移和频率等相关数据。

现场测试结束后,王骥教授、刘达主任和舜宇光学工程师在技术部会议室进行了进一步交流。无人智慧码头的高效率、无接触、无人化优势是未来码头作业所趋,除了振动和冲击问题,讨论还针对码头吊车自动化和智能化需要,对三方的技术优势和其他可以展开合作地方进行了讨论。本次现场测试结束后,实验室团队后续将对今天的具体测量数据进行处理,以分析获得关心的吊车部位在吊车装载工况下振动和冲击特性,在此基础上为接下来准确的振动和冲击隔离方案设计提供参考数据。响应宁波市科技局服务企业政策,宁波大学压电器件技术实验室和舜宇集团有限公司有长期的技术合作,比如2019年双方在宁波大学联合举办了“2019全国激光微振动测试技术研讨会”。码头作业有诸多振动和智能化需求,相信随着后期不断地合作交流,宁波大学压电器件技术实验室能为宁波大榭招商国际码头有限公司提供更多的技术支持和服务。

 


 

 

PDL Team Conducted Vibration Measurement for Port Cranes at Ningbo Daxie Merchants International Terminal

In the morning of April 4, a team from the Piezoelectric Device Laboratory (PDL) including Professor Ji Wang and Drs. Bin Huang, Zengwen Wu, Lijun Yi , and Yangyang Zhang returned to Ningbo Daxie Merchants International Terminal to conduct vibration measurements of container cranes in port operations.  The site testing was scheduled in last visit to the Terminal by PDL team.  Two engineers from Sunny Optical Intelligence helped the measurement with their latest laser vibrometer for vibrations of crane parts without installing sensors in the giant structure.  Mr Da Liu, Executive Director of Technology of the Terminal, coordinated the measurement with technical staff on site.  Mr Qiang Zhao, Chairman of the Terminal, observed the measurement site in his routine inspection and talked to PDL team with encouragements.

After a few cycles of operations of the crane and measurement, the testing team obtained enough data for major parts of the crane to help the vibration control and isolation of sensitive components.  A design plan has been presented to the Technology Office of the Terminal and parts of the solution required to be determined by the vibration characteristics of the crane operations.

After the measurement, there was a brief discussion in the Technology Office.  The PDL Team and Sunny engineers will process the vibration data and extract information needed in the vibration control plan.  There will be more calculations on the crane vibrations to ensure stable working conditions of many sensitive components and instruments in the crane.  Such problems are disturbing the operations of cranes, prolonging the operating time, and reducing the precisions of operations, showing up a one of the major obstacles in the improvement of efficiency in the port terminal.  The PDL Team will work with the Technology Office of the Terminal for solutions to the major challenges in the port.

The PDL has been actively participating the enterprise partnership program of Science and Technology Bureau of City of Ningbo with close collaborations with Ningbo businesses including Ningbo Daxie Merchants International Terminal.
