2020年压电器件技术实验室暑期讲习班顺利举行

2020年度的宁波大学压电器件技术实验室暑期讲习班于722日圆满结束。本次讲习班为期三天,在材化学院圆弧大厅举行,参加的人员除实验室成员外,还有选课研究生以及来自台晶电子(宁波)研发工程师等。和往年一样,讲习班内容和主题面向研究生和压电声波器件设计人员主要讲解并讨论了弹性波和板理论以及压电声波谐振器基础理论和设计原则

秉承压电器件技术实验室的研究和人才培养传统,王骥教授为大家讲解了弹性波、压电材料、Mindlin板理论、板振动分析、板振动问题的有限元分析等基础性的知识,以及这部分内容在石英晶体(BAW)和表面波(SAW)等声波谐振器设计中的应用。今年的讲习班由于疫情原因并没有邀请校外的专家学者来作报告。按照惯例,多位实验室研究生以及老师汇报了自己正在开展的研究工作,探讨了当前工作中的一些关键问题。新加入实验室的博士生陈昱润也介绍了薄膜体声波谐振器(FBAR)技术基础,强化了实验室在这方面的研究工作。王骥教授在同学们的报告之后做了关于实验室正在进行的研究以及进一步的研究计划的报告。来自企业的工程师也向王骥教授及其他老师请教了一些工作中碰到的技术问题并参与讨论。台晶电子的技术人员特别讨论了如何和压电实验室合作配合正在进行的几个重要研究项目开展样品制作和实验验证台晶电子周强博士特别表示公司支持压电实验室的研究计划将全力促成合作平台的建设在更完整的机制下持续开展合作。

波大学压电器件技术实验室的暑期讲习班的每年定期举行,对新加入实验室的新成员了解实验室研究背景、方向、未来计划以及与合作企业之间的交流,建立密切的合作关系,促进国内波声器件理论的产品设计技术的发展和应用方面有着积极的作用。

 

The 2020 Summer Tutorials of Piezoelectric Device Laboratory Held Successfully

The 2020 Summer Tutorials of the Piezoelectric Device Laboratory of Ningbo University were concluded successfully on July 22. The three-day tutorials were held in the Arc Hall of the School of Materials Science, Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering, Ningbo University. In addition to Laboratory members, the participants also included graduate students taking the courses and engineers from TXC Ningbo. As in previous years, the scope and topics of the tutorials are aimed at graduate students and piezoelectric acoustic wave device design engineers, focusing on explaining and discussing elastic waves and plate theory, as well as the basic theory and design principles of piezoelectric acoustic wave resonators.

Adhering to the research and class tradition of the Piezoelectric Device Laboratory, Professor Ji Wang lectured the basics of elastic waves, piezoelectric materials, Mindlin plate theory, plate vibration analysis, and finite element analysis of plate vibration problems. The application of theoretical methods and principles in the design of acoustic wave resonators such as Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) and Surface Acousti Wave (SAW) resonators are discussed in detail. This year’s tutorials did not invite experts and scholars from outside the University due to the Covid-19 epidemic. As usual, many Laboratory graduate students and faculty members talked about their research work and discussed some key issues in their current projects.  The incoming doctoral student, Mr. Yurun Chen, also presented a talk on his future research subject, the Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR), as the latest topic of the Laboratory. Professor Ji Wang gave a report on the ongoing research in the Laboratory and further research plans. The engineers from the TXC Ningbo also asked Professor Wang Ji and other members about some technical problems encountered in the work and participated in the discussions.Dr. Qiang Zhou of TXC stressed that the company will support a more comprehensive program to enhance the cooperation with the Laboratory including collaborative plans on sample preparation and measurements related to ongoing research.  

The summer tutorials of the Piezoelectric Device Laboratory of Ningbo University are held regularly yearly with a positive role in understanding the background, direction and future plans of Laboratory research for new members who join the Laboratory, also enhancing close cooperative relations, and improving the research on theoretical foundation and design methods in the field of piezoelectric acoustic wave devices in China.
