第15届全国压电和声波理论及器件应用研讨会会议纪要


  第15届全国压电和声波理论及器件应用研讨会于2021416日至19日在河南郑州顺利召开。本次会议由中国力学学会、中国声学学会和IEEE-UFFC分会主办,河南理工大学、中国力学学会电子电磁器件力学工作组和河南省力学学会共同承办。本次会议得到了国家自然科学基金委员会数学物理科学部的支持。来自高校、研究院所和企业的压电和声波器件领域研究和工程技术人员450多人参加了这次会议,参会机构和人数都创造了参会纪录。



  全国压电和声波理论及器件应用研讨会受疫情影响,延期之后正式在中原大地召开,会议主题紧扣压电、铁电、磁电材料和器件的热---磁多场耦合和多尺度力学等前沿和热点技术问题,同时注重理论与应用相结合,聚焦压电声波器件、新型压电半导体材料、超声无损检测和生物检测纳机电系统等前沿科技发展中的“卡脖子”技术,吸引了清华大学、北京大学、浙江大学、西安交通大学、宁波大学等50多所高校,和华为海思、台晶电子、泰美克、舜宇光学、声诺仪器等近三十家高科技企业,以及一些科研机构的技术人员与会交流。大会共收到论文和摘要251篇,共设大会报告9个,邀请报告17个,分会场报告135个,学生竞赛报告90个。

会议开幕式由大会组委会主席、河南理工大学禹建功教授主持。河南理工大学副校长朱建光教授致欢迎辞,河南省力学学会秘书长孙利民教授致开幕辞,台晶电子有限公司总经理趙岷江博士、宁波大学王骥教授和浙江大学吕朝锋教授分别代表企业界、IEEE-UFFC和中国力学学会电子电磁器件力学工作组致辞。出席此次会议的嘉宾有国家自然科学基金委员会数学物理科学部孟庆国副主任、中国力学学会理事会副秘书长柯燎亮教授、监事会监事陈伟球教授和电子电磁器件力学工作组成员、石家庄铁道大学原副校长刘金喜教授和副校长冯文杰教授、郑州大学副校长赵明皞教授、宁波大学王骥教授、南京航空航天大学高存法教授、华中科技大学胡元太教授、西安交通大学金峰教授、南方科技大学李江宇教授等。


 


郑州大学副校长赵明皞教授、北京理工大学徐春广教授、重庆大学李卫国教授、天津大学柯燎亮教授、郑州大学卫荣汉教授、北京工业大学刘增华教授、南京航空航天大学钱征华教授、西安理工大学胡伟鹏教授、浙江大学张春利教授9位学界知名专家分别做大会特邀报告。大会邀请和分会场的共一百多个报告,涉及到压电材料、声波器件、超声技术、多场耦合弹性波理论和常见的压电声波器件技术和应用的主要方面,覆盖了当前电子产品、医疗器械、航空航天以及资源开采等行业急需的各类射频产品、传感器和物联网服务的基础知识和技术,担负着提升这些领域技术水平的重要使命。国内知名和领先企业参与了这一会议,显示了这些会议主题的重要性,表明这些方面的科研成果受到产业界的高度重视。在碳中和这一关键问题领域,压电声波技术也表现出作为传感器和催化等关键技术手段服务于改善全球环境这一宏伟目标。

本次会议根据学生参赛论文的规范性、创新性、以及学生的报告和答辩水平,评审专家共评选出10篇优秀学生论文,并在颁奖仪式上为获奖学生颁发了荣誉证书和奖励。颁奖仪式后,南京航空航天大学杨颖教授代表下届会议承办单位致辞,热忱邀请大家到南京参加第16届全国压电和声波理论及器件应用研讨会。



Summary of the 15th Symposium on Piezoelectricity, Acoustic Waves, and Device Applications

The 15th Symposium on Piezoelectricity, Acoustic Waves, and Device Applications (SPAWDA) was successfully held on April 16-19, 2021 in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The conference was sponsored by Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (CSTAM), Acoustical Society of China (ASC), and IEEE UFFC Society, and organized by Henan Polytechnic University, Committee on Mechanics of Electronic and Electromagnetic Devices of the CSTAM and Henan Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics. The conference was supported by the Division of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). More than 450 researchers and engineers in the field of piezoelectric and acoustic wave devices from universities, research institutes, and businesses attended the conference with a record number of participants and institutions.


Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the SPAWDA was officially held in Henan after being postponed. The theme of the conference focuses on cutting-edge and hot technical issues such as thermal-mechanic-electro-magnetic multi-field couplings and multi-scale mechanics of piezoelectric, ferroelectric and magnetoelectric materials and devices, and with emphasis on the applications in product development. Focusing on piezoelectric acoustic wave devices, novel piezoelectric semiconductor materials, ultrasonic nondestructive testing, and biological electromechanical systems and other cutting-edge technology development of some critical applications, the conference this year has attracted Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University, Xi 'an Jiaotong University, Ningbo University and other more than 50 universities. Participation of the technical personnel of nearly 30 high-tech enterprises, such as Huawei, TXC, Timemaker , Sunny Optics, and Sonol Instruments, as well as some scientific research institutions. The conference received 251 abstracts, arranged 9 plenary talks, 17 invited talks, 135 talks, and 90 student paper competitions.


The opening ceremony of the conference was chaired by Professor Jiangong Yu of Henan Polytechnic University, Chair of the SPAWDA Organizing Committee. Professor Jianguang Zhu, Vice President of Henan Polytechnic University, made welcome remarks. Professor Limin Changsun of Henan Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Dr. Min-Chiang Chao of TXC, Professor Ji Wang of Ningbo University, and Professor Chaofeng Lv of Zhejiang University also spoke briefly in the opening session. Official representatives of the NSFC also participated some session of the conference. A number of members of the sponsoring Committee of the CSTAM are appointed to the advisory panel.


The plenary speakers of this year’s SPAWDA include Professors Minghao Zhao of Zhengzhou University, Chunguang Xu of Beijing Institute of Technology, Weiguo Li of Chongqing University, Zenghua Liu of Beijing University of Technology, Liaoliang Ke of Tianjin University, Weirogn Han of Zhengzhou University, Zhenghua Qian of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Weipeng Hu of Xi’an University of Technology, and Chunli Zhang of Zhejiang University. These speakers covered broad subjects of research activities related to the conference themes including piezoelectric devices, wave propagation, ultrasonics, medical devices, sensors, among others. The participation of some well-known and leading domestic companies in the conference shows the importance of conference themes and growing interests in research. In the critical areas of carbon neutrality, piezoelectric acoustic wave technology also shows the great potential of serving the global environment as a key technology such as sensors and catalysis.


As the tradition, 10 outstanding student papers are awarded with honorary certificates and awards at the banquet. After the award ceremony, Professor Ying Yang from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics announced that the next SPAWDA will be in Nanjing later this year.
