个人简介

郑燕青,教授,宁波大学材化学院学术领军人才,中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所兼职研究员,博士生导师。1994年毕业于西安交通大学,获工学学士学位;1997年毕业于西安交通大学,获工学硕士学位;2000年毕业于中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所,获工学博士学位。20032004年在日本高知大学做访问学者。主要从事人工晶体方面的研究。先后作为负责人承担国家级、上海市及院级科研项目10多项,包括国家重点研发计划课题、国家民口863计划项目(2项)、国家军口863计划项目(3项)、国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目、中科院科研装备研制项目、中科院知识创新工程方向性项目课题、上海市科委项目等。在Crystal Growth & Design, Journal of Material Chemistry, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics, Journal of Crystal Growth, Optica, Optics Letters, Optics Express等刊物发表SCI论文100余篇,h-Index18。申请发明专利20项,其中国际专利3项,已授权8项。起草行业标准2项。曾获国家“十一五”863计划科技攻关先进个人称号。研制的部分晶体包括硅酸镓镧(LGS)、硅酸镓钽钙(CTGS)、硼酸氧钙钇(YCOB)已向国外出口应用。主要学术兼职包括中国硅酸盐学会晶体生长与材料分会理事、中国稀土学会稀土晶体专业委员会委员、“电动汽车电驱动系统全产业链技术创新战略联盟”技术委员会专家委员和中科院上海硅酸盐所学位委员会委员。

 

研究方向

氧化物功能晶体材料设计、制备与应用

1)压电功能晶体材料设计制备:压电性能预测及新材料筛选,高温压电晶体制备与应用,无铅铁电晶体材料探索

2)非线性光学功能晶体材料设计制备:稀土硼酸氧钙(ReCOB)系列晶体制备,准参量放大(QPA)晶体材料设计与制备
