宁波大学压电器件技术实验室

宁波大学压电器件技术重点实验室于2002年开始筹备建设,2006年正式列入宁波市重点实验室建设计划。压电器件技术实验室设在宁波大学机械工程与力学学院,属工程力学学科。现任实验室主任王骥教授是实验室的创建者,自2002年起担任浙江省钱江学者特聘教授。

实验室主任王骥教授1996在美国普林斯顿大学获得博士学位,一直从事压电弹性高频振动方面的研究工作,先后在美国阿贡国家实验室(ANL)Epson等研究机构工作,声波器件分析理论和大规模有限元计算等应用研究丰富经验。近年来,王骥教授的研究工作也包括基于高阶理论的声表面波谐振器和薄膜体声波谐振器的分析方法。王骥教授曾多次在国际学术会议作大会报告和邀请报告,是IEEE UFFC个委员会的委员,也担任着新近创建的中国力学学会的电子电磁器件力学专业工作组的组长。2011年起,王骥教授担任国际电工委员会(International Electrotechnical Commission)49技术委员会(TC-49)专家,开始代表中国参与压电声波器件的技术标准活动。王骥教授也是多家著名高校的客座教授和兼职博导。

实验室的实验设施设备优良,拥有压电谐振器方面先进测试仪器平台高性能计算平台并持续保持改善现有从教授、副教授到讲师20位核心研究人员,形成了一支研究方向交叉互补、年龄、职称结构合理的高水平科研队伍在压电和声波技术领域有较强的科研优势和研究实力实验室与美国、日本、德国、英国和意大利大学和研究机构有着密切的合作关系,共同承担和完成了多项国家省市国际合作研究项目人才培养的国际合作项目。实验室的主要研究人员经常参加IEEE专业国际会议,经常有国内外的著名研究人员来访。许多这一领域的著名研究人员和企业家在实验室兼职或担任学术委员。

实验室的主要研究领域为电声波器件的分析理论、设计方法、制造和应用技术。主要研究的压电声波谐振器包括常见的石英晶体表面波和薄膜谐振器,是通讯和电子产品的重要器件,在手机、家用电器、电子表和汽车以及高科技领域有着广泛的应用。实验室当前新的研究方向包括压电压磁声波器件和薄膜体声波谐振器,是声波器件的最新技术和重要的发展方向。研究工作上偏重新理论和精确解,同时进行结合压电声波器件的特点来进行高效率有限元分析的研究工作,并有成熟的软件产品可以用于压电声波谐振器精确设计。实验室成果丰硕,主要成果包括:1多个中国和美国发明专利;2)基于高阶板理论的石英晶体谐振器并行有限元分析软件;3)表面波谐振器的近似分析方法和基于这些方法的分析软件。压电实验室也在积极与射频电路和传感器厂家合作,开发用于新兴技术的高精度压电声波谐振器。

实验室自建成以来,承担和完成了国家自然科学基金重点项目、多项国家自然科学基金面上和青年基金项目浙江省和宁波市压电器件技术和应用方面的重点科技攻关项目以及来自企业的应用技术研究项目近年来,实验室结合压电声波频控器件产业的发展开展工作,获得了浙江省重点科技创新团队和宁波市“智能制造2025项目支持,将在声波谐振器关键技术问题和实用技术的开发方面进行深入研究。实验室与国内外的压电声波器件企业建立了广泛密切的联系,如台晶(宁波)电子有限公司、浙江东晶电子股份有限公司、北京晨晶(707厂)、美国Vectron、成都泰美克电子有限公司、广州纳米技术研究院和宁波柯力传感器公司等,也受到企业的广泛关注并承担来自企业的研究课题。此外,实验室成功地发起和组织召开了连续举办的全国压电和声波理论及器件应用技术研讨会;在宁波大学成功举办了以弹性波理论及其应用为主题的中国科协青年科学家论坛

实验室在人才培养方面也取得了可喜的成绩,毕业的本科生和研究生进入了浙江和国内外压电器件行业并受到好评。培养了近百名硕士和博士研究生,其中多名学生在美国和日本高校深造并取得学位,在一些国际著名的声波器件企业担任高级技术职务,或在高校任职,在业界和同行中受到高度关注。压电实验室欢迎世界各地的本科生、研究生和博士生加入这一活跃、上进、开放、包容的大家庭,开展前沿研究,探索技术奥秘,寻求成长秘径。实验室丰富的学术活动将为学子们的成长创造优异的机会与条件。我们的研究生来自工程力学、机械工程、土木工程、材料科学、电子工程等不同的专业工程领域,毕业后的工作就业领域包括高校科研机构压电器件、机械制造土木工程等相关企业。可以说,我们在为工程领域培养着具有扎实的固体力学和弹性波理论知识的专业人才。

实验室和意大利都灵理工大学(Politecnico di Turino)、美国、欧洲及日本的多家著名高校有密切合作,联合人才培养,已经推荐多位同学在境外高校学习并获得博士学位。实验室也与长江三角洲的相关企业建立了密切的合作关系和学生培养计划一直支持优秀学生进入双学位项目计划,或者在境外访学和进行合作培养。

Short introduction of Piezoelectric Device Laboratory to the oversea students

 

The Piezoelectric Devices Laboratory (PDL) of Ningbo University began to prepare for construction in 2002, and was officially included in the construction plan of Ningbo Key Laboratory in 2006. PDL is located in the school of mechanical engineering and mechanics of Ningbo University, which belongs to the discipline of engineering mechanics. The current director of the laboratory is Professor Wang Ji, who is also the founder of the laboratory,

Professor Wang Ji, director of the laboratory, obtained his doctorate in Princeton University in 1996, and engaged in the research of piezoelectric elastic high-frequency vibration. He has successively worked in Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) and Epson and other research institutions. He has rich experience in the analysis theory of acoustic devices and large-scale finite element calculation. In recent years, Professor Wang Ji's research work also includes the analysis methods of surface acoustic wave resonators and thin film bulk acoustic wave resonators based on higher-order theory. He has made conference reports and invited reports at international academic conferences for many times. He is a member of several committees of IEEE UFFC, and also serves as the leader of the newly established working group of electronic and electromagnetic device mechanics of Chinese mechanical society. Since 2011, Professor Wang Ji has been an expert of the 49th Technical Committee (tc-49) of the International Electrotechnical Commission, and began to participate in the technical standard activities of piezoelectric acoustic devices on behalf of China. Professor Wang Ji is also a visiting professor and part-time doctoral advisor in many famous universities.

PDL has excellent experimental facilities and equipment, with advanced test instrument platform and high-performance computing platform for piezoelectric resonators. At present, there are nearly 20 core researchers from professors, associate professors to lecturers, forming a high-level scientific research team, which has strong scientific research advantages and research strength in the field of piezoelectric and acoustic technology. The laboratory has close cooperation with universities and research institutions in the United States, Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy, and has jointly undertaken and completed a number of international cooperation research projects in national and provincial level, as well as international cooperation projects in personnel training. Many famous researchers and entrepreneurs in this field work part-time in the laboratory or serve as academic committee members. The laboratory has established extensive and close ties with piezoelectric and acoustic device enterprises, such as Taijing (Ningbo) Electronics Co., Ltd., Zhejiang East Crystal Electronics Co., Ltd., Beijing chenjing (707 factory), Vectron, Chengdu Timemaker Electronics Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Institute of nanotechnology and Ningbo Keli sensor Co., Ltd. PDL is also widely concerned by enterprises and undertakes research projects from enterprises.

The main research fields of the laboratory are the analysis theory, design method, manufacture and application technology of piezoelectric acoustic devices. Piezoelectric acoustic resonators, including quartz crystal, surface wave and thin film resonators, are important components of communication and electronic products. They are widely used in mobile phones, household appliances, electronic watches, automobiles and high-tech fields. The new research directions of the laboratory include piezoelectric acoustic devices and thin film bulk acoustic resonators, which are the latest technology and important development direction of acoustic devices. The research work focuses on new theory and analytic solution. At the same time, we also carry out the research work of high efficiency finite element analysis combined with the characteristics of piezoelectric acoustic devices. Mature software products has developed in PDL, which can be used for accurate design of piezoelectric acoustic resonators.

The laboratory has also made gratifying achievements in personnel training. The graduated undergraduates and postgraduates have entered the piezoelectric parts industry in Zhejiang, other province and abroad. Nearly 100 master's and doctoral students have been trained. Many of them have studied in American and Japanese universities and obtained degrees. They have held senior technical positions in some internationally famous acoustic device enterprises or held positions in universities. They are highly concerned in the industry and peers. Piezoelectric laboratory welcomes undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students from all over the world to join this active, progressive, open and inclusive family to carry out cutting-edge research, explore the secrets of technology and seek the secret path of growth. The rich academic activities of the laboratory will create excellent opportunities and conditions for the growth of students. Our graduate students come from engineering mechanics, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, materials science, electronic engineering and other professional engineering fields. After graduation, our employment fields include universities, scientific research institutions, piezoelectric devices, mechanical manufacturing and civil engineering related enterprises.

The laboratory has close cooperation with Politecnico di Turino, Italy, many famous universities in the United States, Europe and Japan, and joint personnel training. It has recommended many students to study in overseas universities and obtain doctoral degrees. The laboratory has also established a close cooperative relationship and student training plan with relevant enterprises, and has always supported excellent students to enter the double degree program, or visit overseas and carry out cooperative training.
