王骥教授在国际会议ICMRA2018做大会报告

2018年5月19日，在合肥工业大学召开的2018 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRMA 2018)上，王骥教授应邀做大会报告，介绍压电器件实验室近期在石英晶体新切型方面的研究工作进展。王骥教授的研究工作和和传感器以及作动器技术密切相关，深受进来热门的智能技术和人工智能领域关注。通过大会报告，王骥教授介绍了压电实验室在石英晶体新切型方面的研究结果，指出有一些新的切型值得进一步探索，为一些特别应用提供新颖的石英晶体谐振器和传感器，可以让器件更加高效和灵敏。王骥教授的报告引起了一些研究人员和研究生的兴趣，他在报告后和一些与会人员进行了深入讨论。

作为大会报告人，王骥教授也负责支持了一些分会场交流，保证了这一国际学术会议的规范性和深入交流。这次会议的大会报告人还包括来自香港、美国和国内其他的几位知名教授。

Professor Ji Wang Delivered Plenary Talk at the ICMRA 2018

May 19, 2019, Professor Ji Wang presented a plenary talk at the 2018 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRMA 2018), Hefei University of Technology, Anhui Provicne, on recent research activities in the optimal cuts of quartz crystal for resonators and sensor applications at the Piezoelectric Device Laboratory, Ningbo University.  With research focus on piezoelectric acoustic wave sensors and actuators, there have been progresses on novel cuts of quartz crystal for resonators and sensors with improved stability and operating temperature, making it is possible to enhance the efficiency and sensitivity of new products for emerging applications.  Professor Wang’s talk initiated some interests among many people working on sensors and actuators in robotics and automation technology with follow-up discussions in-depth after the session throughout the conference.

As a plenary speaker, Professor Wang also chaired some sessions of the conference to enhance the style and discussions among the participants.  Other plenary speakers of the conference included a few leading professors from Hong Kong, US, and China.
