王骥教授在国际会议ICNNE 2018做大会报告

2018年6月23日，在意大利米兰召开的2018 International Conference on Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials in Energy (ICNNE 2018)上，王骥教授应邀做大会报告，介绍压电器件实验室近期在石英晶体声波谐振器新切型方面的研究工作进展。王骥教授的研究工作和传感器以及作动器技术密切相关，深受近来非常热门的能源技术领域关注。通过大会报告，王骥教授介绍了压电实验室在石英晶体新切型方面的研究结果，指出有一些新的切型具有优越的温度稳定性，值得进一步探索，为一些特别应用提供新颖的石英晶体谐振器和传感器，可以让器件更加高效和灵敏。王骥教授的报告引起了一些研究人员和研究生的兴趣，他在报告后和一些与会人员进行了深入讨论。

Professor Ji Wang Delivered Plenary Talk at the ICNNE 2018

June 23, 2018, Professor Ji Wang presented a plenary talk at the 2018 International Conference on Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials in Energy (ICNNE 2018), Milano, Italy, on recent research activities in the optimal cuts of quartz crystal for acoustic wave resonators and sensor applications at the Piezoelectric Device Laboratory, Ningbo University.  With research focus on piezoelectric acoustic wave sensors and actuators, there have been significant progresses on novel cuts of quartz crystal for resonators and sensors with improved thermal stability and operating temperature range, making it is possible to enhance the efficiency and sensitivity of new products for emerging and special applications.  Professor Wang’s talk inspired some interests among many people working on sensors and actuators in energy and sustainable technology with follow-up discussions after the session throughout the conference.

The ICNNE is an international conference with interdisciplinary participation worldwide.  Other plenary speakers of the conference included leading professors from England, Ireland, Italy, Poland, and Mexico.
